The manufacturing of injection molded products refers to a method of stirring a completely molten plastic material with a screw at a certain temperature, injecting it into a mold cavity at a high pressure, and cooling and solidifying to obtain a molded product. This method is suitable for mass production of parts with complex shapes and is one of the important processing methods. There are mainly 6 stages of the process: mold clamping, glue injection, pressure holding, cooling, mold opening, and product removal.

Mold design and development

According to the customer's requirements, carry out a full range of pre-evaluation of mold design. Based on the evaluation data of the mold in the early stage, the technical team conducts mold cooling water circuit design, product gate layout design, mold product removal design, mold two-plate or three-plate mold design, mold slider design, and exhaust groove design.

Mold processing

Mold processing uses imported Makino V33i and V56i high-speed CNC machining centers and other imported equipment to ensure the accuracy of mold parts processing.

Mold inspection

Advanced testing equipment plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy of the mold.


Mold trial production and sample delivery

After the mold is assembled, a trial injection is performed. After the trial is completed, the appearance and size of the trial product are measured. If there are unqualified items, the mold will be repaired, and the mold will be retried after repair. In the mold verification stage, precision injection molding can achieve the characteristics of small dimensional deviation, high precision and strong consistency. After the mold trial meets the set parameters, 10-30 pcs samples are provided for customers to confirm the samples.

Mass production

After the customer confirms the samples and places the order, we use imported high-speed molding machines and modern production workshops to ensure the high quality of the products. During the production process, the product quality is controlled at any time according to customer needs.


Post-processing

After the batch injection of the product is completed, the sealing, hydrophilic, hydrophobic, and sterilization treatments are carried out according to customer needs. For example, the key process of sealing, according to the characteristics of the product, can provide a variety of sealing methods for perfect sealing, with a high first-time success rate, such as ultrasonic sealing, or hot press sealing, or adhesive sealing, etc. The sealing method meets the different needs of various products.


Product inspection

The quality control team uses fully automated inspection equipment to inspect in the automatic injection molding process, conduct product quality inspection after the completion of product sealing, conduct warehousing inspection, and inspect the shipment, so as to control the product quality.
